To broaden the manufacturing base in China, the Group invested in Golden Will Fashions Limited and the associated factory in Panyu, China.
In the same year, Tungtex (U.S.A.) Inc. was formed and became subsequently the intermediary parent company of the investments in the USA. |

Tungtex Trading Company Limited extended its production base to Zhongshan, China. |
1993 |
The Group acquired the existing Shenzhen Tungtex Building in Shenzhen, China, and expanded its production capacities by about 120,000 sq.ft.. In the same year, the Group's retail store network extended to Guangzhou, China. |

The Group's retail store network extended to Beijing, China. |
1997 |
The Group made further significant expansion of the manufacturing facilities in China by acquiring industrial land and building a new plant site of about 400,000 sq.ft. in Zhongshan. |
